From 4 to 6 June 2025, the FISHINN project partners will meet in Portugal for the fourth Field Visit since the beginning of the project. Hosted by our partner Sines Tecnopolo, this gathering will take place in Sines and the wider Setúbal region, bringing together stakeholders from across the Atlantic area to explore local innovations in the fisheries sector.

Over the course of three days, participants will engage in site visits, meet local actors, and discover inspiring initiatives that are helping to shape the future of small-scale fisheries in Portugal. The programme will also include a new edition of our Transnational Innovation Forum, providing a valuable platform to reflect on common challenges, exchange best practices, and strengthen interregional cooperation.

In parallel, a dedicated Steering Committee meeting will be held exclusively for the project partners, offering the opportunity to assess progress, align strategies, and coordinate the next steps of our joint efforts. This event marks another key milestone in our collective commitment to building resilient, sustainable, and innovative fisheries ecosystems across the Atlantic.
